  • You will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has shipped. Orders may not be canceled after they are ordered.

  • Once we ship the item, we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

  • In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file the claim with the delivery service. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are also not responsible for weather-related damage or delays.

  • Shipping is a service you purchase from the delivery service along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the respective delivery service. Once the package leaves our hands, it is completely out of our control!

  • Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

  • The shipping time for customized orders would, however, be longer.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. IRIDA has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order as we are not responsible.

RETURNS

We invest a great amount of love and meticulousness in handcrafting each piece of jewelry.  However, if your order is not to your satisfaction we shall be happy to offer you a refund. Please email us at irida.bling@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order for further instructions and return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

     

     Please Note:

  •  Customers are liable for postage/shipping fees when returning our items.

  • In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to offer refunds on earrings unless faulty.

  • Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.

  • We recommend all returns are sent using a recorded delivery service.

  • IRIDA does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

  • Refunds will only be made to the Paypal / account used to purchase the goods.

  • Paypal / card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
